Made-in-Italy series made of trimetal, an innovative multilayered material of high thermal conductivity, consisting of:
- An Aisi 304 18/10 stainless steel internal cooking surface
- An aluminum heat-diffuser inner core
- An 18/0 stainless steel magnetic exterior suitable for all heating sources, including induction hobs.
- Satin finish inside and mirror polished finish outside.
- Sides and bottom of even thickness.
- Extra strong stainless steel rivets.
Suitable for cooking and long-term food storage at any temperature. Dishwasher-safe.
