The Moka Capri Induction coffee pot is made of aluminum suitable for food contact with a hole induction bottom. The handles and knobs are made of anti-scald polypropylene, and the gaskets are silicone. The structure and design allow total extention of all aromatic substances. The amount of coffee taht can be obtained ai about 80% of the boiler capacity. This may vary depending on the brewing method and type of coffee used. 
To ensure proper operation, it is important to make sure that the minimum diameter of your induction plate less than or equal to 8.5 cm.
